I had a quote from another company to clean my evap coil for 475 dollars. I called RMS to get a second opinion and they did the same job for 105 dollars. I will use RMS for my future HVAC needs.

I called RMS-HVAC after 9 pm in mid July with no AC and two young kids that were miserable. Phil Denson personally came that night and worked close to midnight to get us running. Others told us it would be a day or two.....
